Philippians 4:4-8
What is it with life's ups and downs,
we meet the day with smiles or frowns.
For if feelings drive the way we feel
then life will be a hamster wheel.
So, when you get up, you must choose...
will you win or will you lose?
It's what you think that decides your way,
where you go and what you say.
A day started out with God
can help you smile as you onward trod.
There is no magic spell you see,
that can make your life problem free.
But you can look on the bright side though,
and know that God will help you go
through the ups and downs of life
through the circumstances and strife.
Only if you stop to ponder
the Words of God before you wander.
The peace you need can only be found
by thinking on the solid and sound!
