New Blogger

Well today is the first day of a new era for me. Blogging was not even heard of when I was born. For anyone interested in my blogspot name, it comes from the story of David and Goliath. In 1 Samuel 17, the story is told about how a young boy fights a giant man of war and wins. Although David's companions tried to give him armor, weapons, etc. None of it felt right or fit right. No! The way he won the battle was with his own stuff. In 1 Samuel 17:49 it says; "Then David put his hand in his bag and took out a stone; and slung it and struck the Philistine in his forhead,..." If there's one thing I've learned in this life, it's that you'll never win your battles with somebody elses stuff. Hopefully, I'll be able share some of the stuff in my bag so that you can put into your own bag the things you'll need to succeed! I look forward to sharing what I've learned (mostly the hard way) so that it might help someone else. Remember, the victory does not always come to the stronger or faster man. But sooner or later the victory comes to the one who thinks he can! I'll be back,
